עמותת SpaceIL עשתה צעד נוסף לעבר שיגור משימת בראשית 2 למשימת ירח, וחתמה על חוזה במסגרתו תרכוש מחברת AAC Clyde Space, חברת חלל שוודית, את מחשבי המשימה של הנחתות.
