Dr. Ido Anteby joined SpaceIL as its CEO after a 30-year career at the Israel Atomic Energy Commission. He is highly experienced in technological development, the management of R&D groups and project management. In his last position he served as Deputy General Manager of the Nuclear Research Center- Negev. Ido has earned a Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is a graduate of the General Management Program of Harvard Business School.
VP, Head of SpaceIL Spacecraft Program
Mr. Harel has gained over 20 years of professional experience in technology leadership positions in the Israeli defense industry and has spearheaded complex cutting-edge technological programs. Team of one such program, led by Mr. Harel, won Israel’s prestigious Defense Prize for its exclusive contribution to the security of the State of Israel. Mr. Harel has worked with world’s leading cooperates (Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, MBDA, SAAB, etc.), thus bringing with him a broad global understanding and multidisciplinary overview of technological systems, processes and lifecycles. With an Aerospace Engineering degree from Israel Institute of Technology, Mr. Harel is also the co-founder of SenStation Technologies Ltd.
Sari Brosh Rechav
Sari joined SpaceIL to lead the education team with a deep belief that all students in Israel must develop fluency in STEM subjects, and that an understanding of science and the skills acquired in its study provide critical tools necessary for citizens of the 21st century – regardless of whether or not one chooses to pursue academic studies in the field. Sari is an engineer with a Master’s Degree in computer science. By 2012 she had served in senior management positions in Israel’s hi-tech world and chose to transition into the field of education. Recognizing the importance of education as an engine of growth for the State of Israel, Sari’s decision to pursue a professional career in education stemmed from her interest in playing a significant role in the country’s future in this realm. Sari graduated from the Mandel School for Educational Leadership. She is married to Roy and they have three children.
Oshrat Slama Grozman
Oshrat has a BA in Communications and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Before joining SpaceIL in 2012 and taking the lead role in marketing communications, Oshrat worked as a Newsroom Producer at Yedioth Aharonoth newspaper and then turned to the advertising industry: she worked at two of the leading firms in Israel, McCann Erickson and Yehoshua TBWA. Oshrat is also a certified copywriter and finished her copywriting course as first in her class.
Oren joined SpaceIL following a 22-year career in the Israel Defense Forces, serving the final 18 years in the Israeli Air Force’s (IAF) Budget Department. In his last position, as the head of the budget unit, he was responsible for the management of the IAF’s budget.
Oren has acquired extensive experience in managing the budget of complex systems, finalizing large-scale transactions and outsourcing business units.
He holds a BA degree in Economics and Management from the College of Management and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Tzili (Cilli) Natanson-Koch
VP of Human Resources
Tzili is an HR professional with global expertise, of which 15 years as the Human Resources Country Manager in a global High-Tech company, leading all HR activities in Israel: HR strategy, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent management, leadership development and coaching, employee relations, retention and engagement, Public Relations and community relations, leading the country HR aspects in IPO and in LBO processes. Tzili holds M.Sc. degree in Organizational Behavior from the Business School of Management at Tel Aviv University. A strategic HR consultant in various industries, focusing on Management assessment, Executive and senior management coaching, Change management, Leadership and Process design.
Kfir is an Israeli entrepreneur, engineer, researcher, lecturer, creative, proud geek. Kfir began programming at the age of 6 and wrote wrote his first computer virus at age 11. Kfir served in an elite intelligence corps in IDF focusing on cyber security, then pursued a B.Sc and M.Sc in communication system engineering from Ben Gurion University. Damari is also the co-founder of Metapacket, a high-end cloud based security service that detects malwares and malicious activity in corporate networks. Prior to SpaceIL, Kfir led several R&D teams in various companies and held a few teaching positions in Ben Gurion University, Tel Aviv University and the College of Management.
